Last week, as solarVis, we were at the Middle East Energy (MEE) exhibition.

Last week, as solarVis, we were at the Middle East Energy (MEE) fair. At this event, we had the opportunity to follow the latest developments in the sector and meet with our business partners. Below are the observations of our CEO Samet Yıldırım about the fair:

  1. General Overview of the Fair: The concept of "solar singularity," as coined by Yusuf Bahadir TURHAN, which we have become accustomed to in recent years, was not present at MEE. Instead, it felt more like an electrical fair. Cable, panel material companies, switchgear, and generator companies were predominant.
  1. Number of Participants and Visitors: The number of visitors and participants was quite low compared to our fairs and those in Europe. The booth areas were small and unimpressive.
  1. Number of EPC Companies: The number of participating EPC companies was low, in line with the global trend. However, the situation is quite the opposite for us; as you know. I believe Aksay Energies was the only company from our country in the solar EPC category.
  1. Participation from Our Country: The participation from our country was quite high. Probably, we had the highest participation.

Samet Yıldırım made important evaluations about the general atmosphere of the fair and the participant profile. As solarVis, we stood out with our innovative software solutions for the energy sector and had valuable meetings with other companies at the fair.

As solarVis, we continue to support digital transformation in the sustainable energy sector with our software solutions. We thank all the participants who were with us at the Middle East Energy Fair.
