Cem Göçmen, born in 1973, completed his secondary and high school education at Özel Toros College and Adana Science High School, respectively. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Boğaziçi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and completed his graduate studies at Bremen University. In his professional career, he has provided consultancy services in the electricity and natural gas sectors for multinational companies, undertaken construction projects in Kazakhstan and Dubai, developed solar and wind power plant projects in Turkey, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Ukraine, Italy, and Spain. Additionally, he has managed the Solar Business Unit of a multinational company in Turkey, held senior management positions in renewable energy companies in Turkey, and managed the public offering processes.
