Arçelik is a world-leading home appliance manufacturer and a subsidiary of Koç Holding, Turkiye's largest conglomerate. Arçelik is known for manufacturing a wide range of household appliances to the tune of US$ 8 billion per year. Recognizing the trajectory of the solar energy market, Arçelik began selling solar panels under its own brand name in 2021 and beginning solar panel production in its Istanbul factory in 2023.
Challenge
As Arçelik’s main expertise lies within the manufacturing space, the company relies heavily on dealerships and solutions partners to carry out installations.
