How to request deletion
- In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete account, or enter the email address registered to your account in the form below.
- We send a confirmation link to that address. The link is valid for 24 hours.
- Once you confirm, we delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
Your profile and contact details, company verification documents, saved cards, preferences and notification token.
What we keep
Order, invoice and consent records are kept for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law (10 years for order and invoice records). This data is not used for any other purpose.
Open orders
If you have an order in progress, we complete or cancel it before deleting your account and let you know by email.
Deleting specific data without closing your account
Write to privacy@solarvis.co from your registered email address and tell us which data you want deleted.
