Terms of Service

By accessing solarvis.co or using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

These Terms apply to the marketing site and any free trial. A separate Master Subscription Agreement governs paid use.

SolarVis provides a B2B SaaS platform for solar installers covering 3D design, feasibility analysis, proposals, CRM, and lead generation.

Service availability targets and support SLAs are set out in your order form.

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for safeguarding credentials.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

Free trials may be offered for a limited period. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Fees, taxes, and refund terms are set out in the order form. We may change list prices on renewal with at least 30 days notice.

You will not reverse-engineer the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

You will not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, or to overload our infrastructure.

SolarVis retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, documentation, and trademarks.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes for the subscription term.

You retain all rights in data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver and improve the service.

Personal data is processed under the Data Processing Addendum referenced from your order form.

The service may integrate with third-party tools (Google Maps, weather data, payment processors). Your use of those tools is also governed by their terms.

We warrant that the service will perform materially in line with its documentation. Otherwise the service is provided AS IS to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. We may suspend the service for non-payment or for violations of acceptable use.

On termination you may export your data within 30 days. After that we will delete it according to our retention schedule.

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which our contracting entity is established, as set out on the order form. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts named there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
